Definitive surgical treatment for erectile dysfunction that has not responded to other options, using three-piece inflatable devices. It is also the one treatment that cannot be reversed: natural erections do not return afterwards, and tablets, injections and vacuum devices no longer work. Grounded in an Andrology fellowship at Chang Gung Kaohsiung, with further observation at Baylor, where the original inflatable implant was developed.
