• Gradual return to heavy exercise and outdoor activities is allowed.
• No sexual activities yet — the wound is sealed but not yet strong enough for intense activity.

After 4 weeks

• If all staplers have fallen off, you are free to resume all activities.
• If any staplers remain, return for a check-up for possible manual removal.
