Those findings exist, and they need their context, because presented flatly they invite a man to think he has been protected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>HIV<\/strong> evidence comes from randomised trials in regions of very high prevalence, and concerns <strong>transmission from a female partner to the man<\/strong>. The device works to a fixed geometry, so it needs reasonably standard anatomy and healthy foreskin tissue.
