Die h\u00e4ufigsten Erreger sind Neisseria- oder Chlamydia-Arten, die sehr h\u00e4ufig bei sexuell \u00fcbertragbaren Krankheiten (STDs) vorkommen. Atypische Erreger k\u00f6nnen bei Hochrisikopatienten gefunden werden. Die Infiltration der nat\u00fcrlichen Immunabwehr der Prostata durch die Erreger ist der Mechanismus der Infektion. Im Folgenden werden die Risikofaktoren nach Alter unterteilt;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bei jungen M\u00e4nnern kann ungesch\u00fctzter vaginaler oder analer Geschlechtsverkehr eine Infektion der Harnr\u00f6hre, der Blase oder der Hoden verursachen, die den Erregern den Weg zur Prostata \u00f6ffnet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bei \u00e4lteren Menschen gelten auch eine Prostatabiopsie in der Anamnese oder ein l\u00e4ngerer Harnr\u00f6hrenkatheter als Risikofaktoren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn der Verdacht auf eine akute bakterielle Prostatitis besteht, muss der Patient von einem Urologen betreut werden, um eine angemessene Behandlung zu erhalten. In weniger als 10% der F\u00e4lle konnten wir die Erreger durch Urinkultur und H\u00e4mokultur identifizieren.  \u00dcbrigens empfehlen wir bei einer akuten bakteriellen Prostatitis nach wie vor eine angemessene Behandlung mit Antibiotika. Das Antibiotikum ist wirklich gut f\u00fcr die Infiltration des Prostatagewebes, denn die Prostata hat sehr spezielle Strukturen, die die Wirkung des Antibiotikums weniger stark machen, als sie sein sollte. Fluorchinolon ist das Antibiotikum, das bei der Infiltration des Prostatagewebes so gut wirkt. Komplikationen, die nach Abschluss der Kur auftreten k\u00f6nnen, sind;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Risiko der Unfruchtbarkeit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risiko des Fortschreitens der Krankheit zu einer chronischen Prostatitis, Nebenhodenentz\u00fcndung oder Nierenbeckenentz\u00fcndung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10% der F\u00e4lle k\u00f6nnen sich zu einem chronischen Beckenschmerzsyndrom
